WW III
Actually, not right away. I was watching shortly after the first plane hit. We all thought that it was a small, misguided plane. When the second plane hit, it was obviously a terrorist attack.
I didn't think world war 3 until the buildings fell. I was so angry I would have been okay with nuking the entire Middle East, but after a while, I settled down. I remained angry, but more accurately directed it towards terrorists specifically.
I collected every picture and video I could find on the Internet. Later, I made a PowerPoint presentation of the entire affair. I look at it from time to time so that the memory will not fade.
We were attacked by state sponsored terrorists. The Taliban got what they deserved. If other governments want to sponsor terrorists then we should remove them from office too! I have no interest in leaving governments alone that sponsor this sort of behavior.

I was in 7th grade. I didn't know what exactly to think. All I was hearing is that we're under attack from all around my school. I was freaking out. And for the first time in my life, I felt fear. For days I was terrefied to go to school. Just the thought of my closest friends at the time and my family dying in a similar attack drove me mad. I was ordered by my teachers to go to my school guidance counsular and seek some help with this issue. Now, at the time, I thought I was the only one that felt awkward and alone. That this feeling of fear was just in my mind, but I learned that there were thousands, even millions of people in New York City dealing with this same issue. On 9/11 I was only 12 and 6 years after it, I still have problems bording planes. I know the chances of another attack happening are slim to none, but It's just the trauma of having to witness something happening over and over again. It was as if time stood still when those towers hit the ground.
And I pray that we as Americans have to never witness something on this scale again.

I was in second grade then. When I heard it, my mom came to pick me up from school. I saw the first plane crash on the TV, and thought it was an accident. Then came the second plane, and as little as being a second grader, I knew something was wrong.
I knew it couldn't be a mistake, but terrorists were behind it. Before listening to everything else, I prayed everyone I loved, as welll as strangers to me, were all safe. Unfortunately, many of the strangers weren't.
Up to this date, I still wonder: Why? Why did this Happen? Why would anyone wanna do this to so many innocent Americans?
Why?

I remember thinking the most ridiculos thing. I thought... "now my generation has a day we'll never forget." The same way our parents remembered where they were when JFK was shot, we will always remember the place, the time, and the paralyzing shock we felt on that terrible day.
My second thought was that we'd better go out and buy supplies for our bomb shelter... which yes, my family has one. It's been here since the house was first built in the 1950s.

I had several emotions and thoughts. It was my first semester at college and everyone was gathered around the TVs in the concourse area, but since I don't watch TV, I went on to class. The instructor came in and explained and dismissed us. I went outside and thought, oh my, because I did not know where they were going to strike next. My little brother had my car and went to visit our grandmother. My mom was at home alone. I was very worried about her, so I began to walk. After about 4 1/2 miles someone finally gave me a ride to my mom's and I stayed there until my brother returned. It was a very frightening and emotional day.

When I first heard that the tower was hit, I almost chuckled. I thought how could some idiot hit that big thing. Then, when the second was hit, I was numb. I was in a meeting and the CEO immediately stopped and suggested a prayer. Then he sent us home. I went home and sat in front of the TV all day in shock, trying to resist the urge to go get my kids at school.

I was in a News Agent at the time in Longsight, Manchester, England I was shocked, as I got home I saw the second plane hit, and my heart just sank, my best friends brother was over in America at the time, I rang her and she was in bits, she couldnt get hold of him but he was safe so I found out a few days later, but all those people because of George bush and our own Tony Blair, not one of them are willing to answer for this, you cant always blame the muslims, the English went into Ireland look how that has turned out, someone needs to hold their hands up and say " yes we are responsible for this" like your parents use to say " STAND UP AND FIGHT LIKE A MAN", Bush and Blair hid behind mums skirt.

After the first plane hit the towers..."What a horrible accident.".
After the second plane hit..."Holy crap, that's no accident!...Jeeeez, we're about to go to war!".
Seriously, that was my reaction and I'll never forget that morning watching the news.

I was asleep and a friend in San Jose called and told me to turn on CNN. I did. And one of the first things I thought was, "Well, at least the hate-America-first" crowd can't blame this one on us.
Boy was I wrong.

nicely, you seem to have amassed at the same time each version of the 9/11 conspiracy crowd and jammed them into one extensive, indigestible lump. Sorry, yet all of those theories do exactly not face as much as close inspection. The gangster Cheney and his puppet Bush are incredibly accountable of laziness and inattention and that they and Condolezza Rice are accountable of ignoring the memo that became into incredibly titled "Bin weighted down plans attack on US using passenger planes". invoice Maher observed (and have been given crucified for it) that calling the assaults "cowardly" is senseless and after all not ultimate suited. might a "coward" board a airplane understanding it became into going to be rammed right into a construction and he might definitely die? What the nineteen hijackers (15 of whom have been Saudi) did became into reprehensible and savage yet not cowardly. (i will thank you worried concerning the thumbs down now)
