In WWI and WWII we fought wars to win without interference from misguided newspaper and tv reporters and hollywood celebrities. Now, wars are fought from newrooms and broadcasting studios and people that don't like it are too bad too sad out of luck and have to just sit back and watch it. The negative effects of this are the needless death and injury to our soldiers because they are not allowed to engage the enemy. We also now allow the world to guide our internal affairs.

Well, all i know is, the strtegy Hitler used, kicked ***...

It was called Blitzkrieg, which means "Lightning war" and thats exactly wat it was. He would drive the tanks in and blow everything up and at the same time would attack with an air strike from above, and then after that the troops would follow the tanks into the city or whatever it happened to be and just kill anyone that was left. Nothing could stand against it.

very plenty so. And the B-29 airplane that dropped them have been seen strategic bombers. the concept of strategic bombing became into presented interior the Nineteen Twenties via Douhet and Mitchell. quite of bombing armies interior the sector and navies at sea, the native land of the enemy may well be attacked. the purpose of that became into to wreck the enemy's commercial base, thereby constrained their ability to offer weapons, and to demoralize the inhabitants and shrink their will to proceed the war. the point of the atomic bombings became into to cajole the jap to offer up, actual a strategic purpose.
