The German Autobahns were from Albert speer and the Buildings Like the information center in Nuremberg

the Buildings the hess was building were all supposed to be Built from Granite but the Quarries could not supply enough so some Buildings were just covered with Granite

in 1933 the factories started to Build His war Machine and there were No Jews working in Germany and women were encouraged to have babies and stay home

I was in germany in 2007 and 2009 and saw the Remaining Buildings if the Reich Albert Speer Certainly had Grand designs and Most of Europe Copy the Autobahns

I was posted to Germany after WW2 with the RAF

Nazi Germany was a 1 party state after they won the election with 15% of the popular vote. Before that, they had several parties hence, winning with 15% of the vote. So your question has a built-in incorrect assumption. The USA has many political parties but due to media lies and voter apathy they largely go unnoticed.

He provided jobs for them through several developments which needed construction labour; the autobahns which is the german motorway is an example of this.

He also:

Kicked jews out of their jobs

kicked women out of their jobs and gave it to men

conscription: men had to

Work was good to a certain extent, he provided holidays out of the nation for his labourers, but people lives were totally controlled by hitller they had nearly no freedom. Furthermore although he provided food and rest for his workers; they had to work long hours, with little pay and a very low amount of nutrition.

There was plenty of construction jobs, farm jobs and of course, jobs related to the Nazi war machine. German workers had a vacation program called Strength Through Joy that provided them with resorts and cruise ships while they were on vacation. Of course, this all fell apart after the start of war.

I guess the measures were better at creating jobs than they are in this current state of affairs.

Workingconditions for foreigners depended on their background.

Eastern europeans and jews were simply slave labor.

Other, f.ex. french prisoners of war had better conditions.

Some scandinavians had reasonoble conditions, could recieve food packages etc. Specialist working with submarine technology would have acceptable conditions bc they were valuable

The November 1932 general elections were held amid public hysteria over Germany ’s economic depression. Despite expensive emergency makework programs, more than 5 million people were still unemployed on election eve. In some areas the jobless rate was 75 percent. More than 17 million persons – about a third of the entire population – were dependent upon a welfare stipend equivalent to a few dollars per family per month. Such families knew hungry nights once or twice weekly.

________

"Before the end of his forth year in power, Hitler had ended the Depression, cut unemployment from six million to one million, grown German's GNP by 37%, and increased auto production from 45,000 vehicles to a year to 250,000. City and provincial deficits had disappeared. This success goaded Churchill, before Hitler had ever moved on Austria or Czechoslovakia, to confide in American General Robert Wood, at his flat in London in November 1936, "Germany is getting too strong and we must smash her."

_______

"You must understand that this war is not against Hitler or National Socialism, but against the strength of the German people, which is to be smashed once and for all, regardless of whether it is in the hands of Hitler or a Jesuit priest."

Winston Churchill - 1940
