Hi Anime!

I think it has to be Mao Tse-tung.

Mao Tse-tung was like a totalitarian dictator on steroids!

Every facet of life in Communist China fell under his ruthless control. Not even Stalin imagined that he could ever force people to limit their number of babies!

Mao Tse-tung holds the all-time record for the most people killed by any tyrant, ever, ever, in all of world history. His 40 million victims dwarfs Stalin's toll, and makes Hitler's 11 million look like the Nazi leader hardly even belongs in the big leagues!

It remains a towering obscenity and an insult to the memory of the teeming millions he killed that in Peking the successors to his brutality still hang that grotesque-looking portrait of him above the gate of their capital. I certainly hope they pull it down.

Update:

I'm obliged to the writer who posted late returns, putting Mao Tse-tung's death toll now at more than 70 million, greater than the population of most European countries -- the most evil tyrant that ever lived!

The observe "tyrant" in Greek capacity autocratic ruler. quite a few tyrants have been truthfully very solid benevolent rulers; Gelone of Syracuse comprises concepts, yet different regrettably weren't so magnificent, Dyonisus of Syracuse. the fashionable which capacity of the interest "tyrant" unfortunatelly derives from Dyonisius somewhat than from Gelone. that's somewhat helpful to look up a itemizing of Syracusan Tyrants on Yahoo.

Yeah, I agree with you.

Stalin caused the deaths of 6 million Ukraines I believe. They died of famine because Stalin sold most of the harvest to fund his 5 year plan(s).

Don't forget his purges, where anyone who disagreed with Stalin died or got sent to Siberia. People were purged if they Stalin didn't like them either. He made enemies during his rise to power and he remembered all those who pissed him off.

He also created/promoted a government that just didn't work. Hitler's influence was destroyed immediately. Stalin's influence carried out long after his death. Communism still exists today. Nazism doesn't exist, as a form of government anyways. I'm sure you must of read about the North Korea and South Korea artillery incidents. North Korea even built nukes, they could easily start a colossal war, maybe even a third World War?

During his lifetime, his ways created an atmosphere of fear for his people. People clapped until their hands bled in his presence. They were afraid to be the first to stop clapping. People were afraid to fart near him.

Sad that it is really a long list.

Perhaps Attila the Hun was one of the greatest killers, tyrant - don't know, evil - let god judge.

Hitler, killed more millions in short space of time than others, but then with a neighbour like Stalin ...

And strangely enough Eisenhowers death camps killed over 1 million in only a few months.
