You seem to be confused. You ask for evidence, and then name Youtube or other internet websites. Any idiot can write what they want on a site, and truth or not, there are always more idiots who will believe what they read. The illuminati are an internet invention, but unfortunately they are now too widely believed in to refute. Website feeds upon website, people are named as members, but there is no corroboration. However, it is still believed. Interestingly, there appears to be no book written on the present day illuminati, possibly because no publisher would touch it with a ten foot bargepole.

It was real when it existed, in Bavaria between 1776-1785. It was a group that met to discuss politics mostly. It borrowed some of the secret ideas from the Masons (several members were also Masons).
